    Danske Bank Russia is actively developing its services and products to meet even better the needs and expectations of our customers.

    Your satisfaction is our responsibility. We want to ensure that we are in touch with the mood among our customers and hope that you will let your voice be heard. We listen to you - whether you are addressing us because you want to complain, praise us or if you have a good idea.

    One of our tools to keep track of client needs is to conduct Client Satisfaction Surveys. The direct and constructive feedback is welcomed and the ideas and thoughts our clients have given to us are highly valued and acknowledged. Just to mention a few of those improvements based on the client's feedback in the last satisfaction survey are:

    • SMS Balance reporting: Using the banks Corporate Card programme, some clients have a need of knowing if the payment is executed and money is debited from the account. We now provide SMS balance reporting for our programme to cover this need.

    • Web-Bank: Before our last Client Satisfaction Survey Danske Bank Russia did not offer a web-based banking solution. Realising this was a product ranking high on the wish list of our clients, we have now introduced a fully functional web bank solution.

    • Accessibility: Accessibility being one of our core values, you should be able to contact us at your convenience. Even though that a majority of the clients of Danske Bank Russia replied that they had attention immediately when ever contacting the bank physically, on phone or via email / bank client, we have decided to improve our accessibility by providing more contact details (link to contacts) on our homepage and in the near future we will open a new online channel making it possible to book meetings, ask questions and solve challenges directly from our homepage.

    We will conduct the Client Satisfaction Survey annually and we would appreciate very much your open and constructive input and open feedback to us in our next Client Satisfaction Survey.
