European countries change their clocks by 1 hour on October 30. Russia stays in summer time. It means, that the time difference with European countries increases by 1 hour. The new Moscow time during the winter period is CET + 3 hours.
Danske Bank Russia has not made any changes in cut off-times, but the change impacts on the cut off-times for outgoing Rouble payments in European countries. The new cut off-time for outgoing same day value Rouble payments is 9.30 a.m. CET.
